You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:
- Are faulty/have a manufacturing fault
- Have been wrongly described
- Are considerably different from a sample we supplied to you, or
- Do not do what they are supposed to.
Refunds, if applicable, will only be given on the product if returned undamaged and in its original packaging. No refunds will be given on delivery charges or on blinds that have been altered in size or have been custom-made to your requirements.
If precise colour is important to you, we strongly recommend ordering a sample of the product in question. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that our images are accurate, every computer screen will vary in its representation of colour, and the onscreen colour swatches should be considered a general guide only. Some of our products are made from natural materials and as such will have natural variances in colour and pattern which is a feature of the materials themselves.All claims on damages must be supported by photos showing the damage.
